All prices and quotes include delivery,setup,break down, pickup and taxes!

Generally you will have 1/3 to 1/2 of your guests dancing at any time so if you have 150 people attending, figure you need a floor to accommodate around 75 people.

Extra charges apply for difficult setups such as venues with stairs and no elevator or ramp. Other difficult setups include uneven surfaces or outdoor locations with narrow paths. When inquiring about a rental please tell us where your event will be held as we are familiar with many of the popular venues in the bay area. If extra charges are necessary those charges will be clearly defined in the rental agreement.
